Annual reports are often used to share past accomplishments, but CU*Answers used the platform to inspire future performance as well. Its recent report puts the organization’s guiding principles “front and center” to refresh and motivate the team.
As the full service provider for credit unions across the US, CU*Answers is constantly seeking ways to distinguish its members from competitors and raise the bar on the services they provide. For its 2013/2014 report, we revisited the seven principles that co-ops are based on, illustrating the ideas with personal quotes from board members and action points that would encourage members to put the principles into practice. Infographics help the audience visualize the organization’s growth, and the color orange keeps the entire message closely tied to the brand.
