As honest as a hot cup of coffee, Johnny’s serves up fresh produce and household staples in a market-like atmosphere—180 degrees from the typical gas station convenience store environment once offered under the same roof.
In 2014, Shell station owner WDP decided to overhaul the customer experience at its 60+ convenience stores throughout the Midwest. We designed every touchpoint from the top to the bottom—coffee cups, interior and exterior surface materials, signage, and employee uniforms. Everywhere customers look, they find the fresh and friendly personality of the brand to welcome them into the store.
