Inspired by his own path from entry-level to executive, the president of Universal Forest Products developed a two-year bridge to employment for entrepreneurial high school students. This non-traditional program, known as “UFP University,” blends classroom time with a paid internship that leads to a full-time job with the company.

Square One built on the brand by creating outreach materials to help the program draw attention and connect with students at college fairs. We incorporated a bright, energetic color palette, strong typography, woodgrain graphics, and images from the construction industry into a fold-out poster to introduce the program.
