Herman Miller created a series of three “Level Up!” events for its salespeople to celebrate their accomplishments and fine-tune their selling expertise. To motivate this performance-driven crowd, they planned the events as games where contestants could work together to advance levels.

Square One played up the competitive nature of the event in the design, using bright, bold graphics to create a game-like feeling and upward arrows to represent opportunities to move up.
We created all of the materials to support the program, from the email invitation to name tags, tee shirts, buttons, presentation and video templates, event signage, stage backdrops, notebooks, coffee mugs, winner certificates, and individualized rosters and agendas for more than 350 people on their sales team.
